The Galvanizer Award
About the galvanizer award
Redmoon recognizes the importance of community building to the health and well-being of Chicago; creating economic, social, and cultural vibrancy for its citizens, and international recognition for the City. Redmoon’s work and art aims to be a contributor to this vital mission. In turn, we want to recognize other outstanding contributions to Chicago’s vibrancy and international currency with the Galvanizer Award, given annually at Spectacle Lunatique since 2013.
This award celebrates individuals who:
● galvanize local community for a shared purpose that is beneficial to the vibrancy of Chicago,
● design or create inspired environments,
● and develop innovative approaches that have made a difference in their respective field.
